Algemene voorwaarden Lumann (Nederlands)
1. Wie zijn wij
Deze webshop wordt beheerd door Lumann, een handelsnaam van Excellent Transport VOF.

2. Toepassing
Deze voorwaarden gelden voor elk aanbod van Lumann en voor elke bestelling die je plaatst via lumann.nl. Door een bestelling te plaatsen ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
3. Aanbod en prijzen
Alle prijzen zijn in euro's en inclusief btw. Verzending naar Nederland en België is gratis.
We doen ons best om producten zo nauwkeurig mogelijk te beschrijven en te tonen. Kleuren op je scherm kunnen iets afwijken van de werkelijkheid.
Ons aanbod geldt zolang de voorraad strekt. Bij een kennelijke vergissing of fout in een prijs of productomschrijving zijn wij niet aan het aanbod gebonden.
4. Bestelling en overeenkomst
De overeenkomst komt tot stand zodra je je bestelling hebt geplaatst en wij die per e-mail hebben bevestigd.
Wij mogen een bestelling weigeren of annuleren als daar een gegronde reden voor is, bijvoorbeeld bij een kennelijke prijsfout of als een product niet meer leverbaar is. Je krijgt dan het betaalde bedrag zo snel mogelijk terug, uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen.
5. Betaling
Je betaalt via de betaalmethoden die bij het afrekenen worden getoond. Betalingen worden veilig verwerkt via Shopify en de betaalprovider.
6. Levering
Wij verzenden naar Nederland en België. Op werkdagen voor 17:00 besteld, dezelfde dag verwerkt. De bezorging duurt daarna meestal 1 tot 2 werkdagen. Meer informatie vind je in ons verzendbeleid.
Het product is voor jouw risico vanaf het moment dat het bij je is bezorgd.
7. Herroepingsrecht
Je hebt 14 dagen bedenktijd vanaf de dag dat je je bestelling hebt ontvangen. In die periode kun je de bestelling zonder opgave van reden terugsturen. Ook bij producten die je met korting hebt gekocht krijg je je geld terug. Hoe dit werkt lees je in ons retourbeleid.
8. Garantie
Onze producten voldoen aan wat je op basis van de productomschrijving mag verwachten. Je hebt altijd recht op de wettelijke garantie. Deze voorwaarden beperken die rechten niet.
De garantie geldt niet als een gebrek is ontstaan door onjuist gebruik of door het niet volgen van de handleiding.
9. Aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover de wet dat toestaat, is onze aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot het bedrag van je bestelling. Deze beperking geldt niet bij opzet of grove nalatigheid van onze kant.
10. Klachten
Heb je een klacht? Laat het ons zo snel mogelijk weten via info@lumann.nl of +31 6 31 975 369. Wij reageren binnen 14 dagen en zoeken samen met je naar een oplossing.
Komen we er samen niet uit, dan kun je het geschil voorleggen aan de bevoegde rechter.
11. Gebruik van de website
Alle teksten, foto's en ontwerpen op deze website zijn eigendom van Lumann of worden met toestemming gebruikt. Je mag ze niet zonder onze toestemming kopiëren of gebruiken.
12. Privacy
Hoe wij met je persoonsgegevens omgaan, lees je in onze privacyverklaring.
13. Wijzigingen
Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen. Op je bestelling gelden altijd de voorwaarden die van toepassing waren op het moment dat je bestelde.
14. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden en op elke bestelling is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Woon je in België, dan behoud je de bescherming die het Belgische consumentenrecht je biedt.

2. Scope
These terms apply to every offer from Lumann and to every order you place via lumann.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is free.
We do our best to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from reality.
Our offer is valid while stocks last. In the case of an obvious mistake or error in a price or product description, we are not bound by the offer.
4. Orders and contract
The contract is formed once you have placed your order and we have confirmed it by email.
We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a valid reason, for example an obvious pricing error or a product that is no longer available. In that case, we will refund the amount paid as soon as possible, and within 14 days at the latest.
5. Payment
You pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment provider.
6. Delivery
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Ordered before 17:00 on a working day, processed the same day. Delivery then usually takes 1 to 2 working days. You can find more information in our shipping policy.
The risk of the product passes to you once it has been delivered.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it without giving a reason. This also applies to products bought with a discount. You can read how this works in our returns policy.
8. Warranty
Our products meet what you may reasonably expect based on the product description. You are always entitled to the statutory warranty. These terms do not limit those rights.
The warranty does not apply if a defect is caused by incorrect use or by not following the instructions.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of your order. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
10. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Let us know as soon as possible at info@lumann.nl or +31 6 31 975 369. We will respond within 14 days and work with you to find a solution.
If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit the dispute to the competent court.
11. Use of the website
All texts, photos and designs on this website are owned by Lumann or used with permission. You may not copy or use them without our permission.
12. Privacy
You can read how we handle your personal data in our privacy policy.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. Your order is always governed by the terms that applied at the time you placed it.
14. Governing law
These terms and every order are governed by Dutch law. If you live in Belgium, you keep the protection that Belgian consumer law gives you.
