Shipping is always free to the Netherlands and Belgium. There is no minimum order amount.

Do you order on a working day before 17:00? Then we process your order the same day. If you order at the weekend or on a public holiday, we process your order on the next working day.

After shipping, your parcel is usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days, in the Netherlands and in Belgium.

You pay safely in our secure checkout. There you'll see all the payment methods you can use.

Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your parcel, and then another 14 days to send it back. Email info@lumann.nl or use the model withdrawal form. We reply within 48 hours. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Yes, you may open the box to check the contents. If parts have already been pressed out or you have started building, we may charge for the loss in value.

Are parts missing, is something damaged or did you receive the wrong item? Email us at info@lumann.nl. In that case, we pay the shipping costs both ways.

Only Dreamy Book Hall comes with glue in the box. For the other puzzles you need your own glue.

Because the puzzles are made of MDF, we recommend white wood glue (PVA) that dries clear, for example wood glue from Bison or Pattex. For small parts, a clear craft glue or super glue gel works better.

That depends on the puzzle. On each puzzle's product page you can see exactly what's in the box and what you still need yourself.

Building for the first time? Then start with a puzzle with fewer pieces, such as Christmas Street Corner (296 pieces), Corner Tavern (327 pieces) or A World Within The Frame (344 pieces).

Our puzzles are suitable from age 14.
